SESSIONS

Through different methods and routines we develop training plans for our customers. Our training is based in the development of exercises that keep to every need of any rider.

We know about riding demands and the entailing needs of each muscle when one plays. Training sessions are developed outdoor or in a gymnasium, lasting an hour approximately, working from cardio, strength, balance, stretch and different drills to improve each session.

We also carry out one of the most important parts before and after each game; the warming up period and relaxation of muscles through stretching and massage techniques, once the game is over. Our programs can warranty you get the best physical condition to prevent injuries and improve your competition level.
